Yes, it's time again for another volume of 70's music. This one's heavier on the popular soul music of the 70's. There's still a few of them durn guilty pleasures, but I defy you to say anything bad about The Jackson 5's take on Clifton Davis' (who, of course, was on the short lived 70s sitcom That's My Mama) Never Can Say Goodbye. (The first three
volumes are still available, btw.)

A fine addition to the 70's bag. You should feel no shame or guilt - I don't! Great memories of slow dances at the school disco - ah, the passion, the romance, the rejection... Thanks for posting.
@anonymous,
You forgot the lousy drugs. :) Seriously, I won't defend the artistic merit of all the songs in this collection, but the first half of the 70s really was, imho, a great period for pop music.
Nothing from the 70's can beat Michael Jackson's "Ben." It's so good, that really nothing else recorded during the 70's is anything more than fluff.
I can't deny the sublime qualities of Ben, but you gotta admit he also nails Never Can Say Goodbye.
Please re-up Sucking in the 70's - Volume 4.
Thanks!
@Popguy,
Done and done!
