Everybody Loves to Cha Cha Cha

Just in case you need more early 60s music after last week's post, here's another homage to that period. Of course, not all of the songs are from that era, but all (or just about all) have that vibe. In particular, there's a lot of Latin flavored stuff given the significant Latin influence on popular music during the 50s and early 60s. Fix yourself a caipirinha and enjoy.

Hi,

I'm glad I found your blog - It's the Best! You have great taste in music. I used to listen to a lot of college radio. My favorites were the blues, indie, and reggae shows. Your blog reminds of what makes college radio great. I'm surprised there are no comments here, because I keep getting the wrong link to download. It keeps coming as A Wave of Old School Reggae. Please look for yourself. I didn't have any problems with other links. Thanks! Look forward to whatever you post.

Best,
El Miguel

@El Miguel,

Glad you like the blog! I used to do a college radio show and I see this as a sort of a continuation of that.

And the (correct) file has been re-upped.

Thanks for new links. If you had a radio show, I would listen. I like your diverse taste in music. Latin, country, reggae, indie, as well as the themed mixed tapes side by side. All great stuff. I find the best way to listen to your collections is while driving. Better than anything on the radio.

El Miguel,

You know, I don't have a car (I live in NYC), but I used to and I think I still imagine listening to the comps in a car (I do listen to them on the commuter train. :)

Thanks again for the new link. I live on the left coast so a car is a necessity. Every time I visit your blog, I find something new. Just picked up the Neko comps. Can't wait to listen to them.
