Still Causing a Commotion

Well, it's time for another guest contribution to the blog. The copy is on its way, but in the meantime, here's my friend Julian's mixtape of Lloyd Cole's solo (mostly) work after he parted ways with the Commotions.

So You'd Like To Save The World
Woman in a Bar
Another Lover
Antidepressant
Pay For It
No More Love Songs
She's a Girl and I'm a Man

A Long Way Down
People Ain't No Good
Brazil
Happy For You
Margo's Waltz
I Hate To See You Baby Doing That Stuff

Thank you for this. This is exactly the kind of post that makes for a great site. Never got into this guy and always thought I should investigate but didn't know where to start. This mix made me want to buy some of his records and I just did that. Thanks for the time you put into this and for making it available.

@helltoupee,

Glad you like the mix (even if it was a guest blog :). And if you haven't heard Lloyd's earlier stuff (when he was Lloyd Cole and the Commotions)you should definitely check it out. Rattlesnakes, in particular, is a great album.
